Change Management
Change management prepares and supports individuals in adopting changes that drive positive outcomes for students and the broader university community. Change management supports and facilitates strategic change on an individual, project, and campus-wide level.
Change management facilitates structured discussions, provides guidance on decision making, assists in the development of communication strategies and plans, creates processes and procedures for accountability, and creates a consistent force for thoughtful change.
